Phillip D. Edge has spent more than 25 years helping people learn, develop, and grow. From high school classrooms to adult learning and development to higher education, his work has always come back to people.
Today, Phillip brings Rehumanizing Leadership™ to organizations through keynote speaking, leadership facilitation, and executive coaching. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Centre College.
His approach combines the instincts of an educator, the perspective of a leader, and the warmth of someone who cares deeply about people. That means making ideas accessible, creating space for reflection, and helping people see what they can do next.
